PROCESSING & PACKAGING

Fish are harvested and placed into the iced water tanks. Then, fish are directly transported to the processing plant ISO, HACCP, GLOBAL GAP, IFS, HALAL or BRC certified. Carefully graded products are either directly packaged or gutted / filleted according to the order. Packed products are stored in cold rooms (0-2oC) until shipping in 24 hours.

Graded fish for frozen orders are quick frozen by IQF with desired glazing rates. Packaged frozen products are stored at cold rooms having a minimum temperature of -30 oC until shipping.
